Manager, Taxation and Business Services

Al commenced at Merit Partners in February 2008 and is currently a Manager in our Business and Taxation Services (TABS) division. He specializes in various tax compliance duties including preparation of Income Tax returns, Business Activity Statements and Financial Reports for various types of entities. Al also has extensive experience in preparation of Fringe Benefit Tax returns including experience in advice work on FBT matters.

Al has completed training for BGL SimpleFund software and has attended various SMSF training courses as part of preparation of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds financial reports and tax returns. Al has also done software training for Quickbooks, MYOB, Xero and Solution 6 and has advance knowledge in programs including Quicken and MS Excel.
